Returns & Exchanges Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached (where applicable). You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items returned without first contacting us and receiving return instructions will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product.

Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods, including tea and other food products

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Personal care or sanitary goods

  • Hazardous materials

  • Flammable liquids or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Digital or downloadable products

Sale Items

Sale or discounted items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or incorrectly supplied.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. Please contact us at hello@harneyteas.eu to arrange an exchange.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (incorrect, damaged, or defective items).

For valuable returns, we recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
